 Construction has been a part of Dan’s life from an early age. At just 13 years old, he began framing houses during summer breaks, learning firsthand the value of hard work, precision, and building things the right way from the ground up.

By 19, he entered the union sheet metal trade, expanding his technical skillset and gaining experience in the construction industry on a larger scale. A few years later, around the age of 23, he transitioned into residential remodeling — where craftsmanship, creativity, and detail became the true focus of his work.

Since 2004, Dan has been remodeling homes throughout the desert communities of the Coachella Valley, helping homeowners transform their spaces with quality workmanship and a practical, hands-on approach.

Licausi Construction specializes in interior remodels, outdoor living spaces, and custom-inspired projects designed to reflect both functionality and the unique character of desert living.
